O stronie Serafine B.

Serafine holds a space for dialog to help young people to improve their well-being and find their life purpose.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Serafine grappled with questions about her identity and the meaning of her life. As she spent more time on social media, she came across young influencers and her idol BTS, who were motivating other young people to become better versions of themselves. This inspired her to create Karsa Citra, a platform for youth to express themselves, take care of their well-being, and find their life purpose. Along with her team of 94 members aged 15-25 years, Serafine organized regular sharing and mentoring sessions on leadership skills and self-development, featuring professionals and peace activists, with up to 100 participants. They also organized a seminar for high school students living in orphanages in Semarang on psychological well-being and pro social behavior. Karsa Cita’s social media content has reached 41,298 individuals, including adolescents and adults, with 299,316 impressions. Serafine aspires to further expand Karsa Cita to a national or even international scale initiative.

Serafine aimed to challenge the stigma that only certain people are capable of making a difference. Despite the cultural bias about women's roles, she had proven that anyone can achieve their dreams regardless of gender or social status. Serafine hoped that Karsa Cita can create a society where people can grow personally and professionally to become a generation that excels in their passions.
