List: Fellows
Ashoka Fellows deserve to be seen! And through our Ashoka Fellows list, you can do just that. Simply start typing their name into the back end and each listing will pop up with the Fellow's name, profile photo, organization, election date, and country as listed on their Fellow profile.
To edit these pieces of information about your Fellows, you will need to go to their Fellow profile to edit them. To find out more about editing Fellow profiles, consult this Confluence guideline!
List: Staff
Showcasing Ashoka staff are another feature we cater to on Ashoka.org. We know that initiatives, country offices, and various pages need to have an amazing set of workers behind them. And so we created the Staff list: a list which features their name, title, photo, and if you click into their photo a pop up with an 'about me' description. Simply start typing the name of the staff member into the list, and decide what background color you'd like the list to have.
To make edits to a Staff profile (OR if you do not find a staff member) we have a confluence guideline to help you navigate each case. Because listing staff on the website intersects with labor laws in different countries, we have a specific process for adding / editing staff profiles that runs through Talent. We will be coming out with an automatic staff sync shortly for all hired staff with the Talent team to make this process easier, but for now follow the above guidelines to get your Staff profile needs met!

List: People (Custom)
Need to showcase people that are not Ashoka Staff? The Person List has got you covered. Used for all profiles that are not strictly staff, Fellows, or network members, Person Lists allow for you to add a photo, name, title, and description for the people you wish to list out. Feel free to also change the background colors as well!
List: Partners
At Ashoka, partners are a vital part of the fabric of our actions. Ashoka initiatives are often co-created directly with partners (whether internal to Ashoka's network or new ones to Ashoka's network). We have a partner list that can help you showcase these partnerships on your web pages, which showcase the logo, a description of the partner, and an option to link out to their website. The partner list can have logos in color or all in grayscale.
You will need to add partners to the site itself before using the partner list, so if you don't see your partner show up when you start typing, it is because they haven't been added to the site. To add them to the site, consult this confluence guideline!

List: CM School / Campus
While Ashoka's Changemaker Schools and Campuses are no longer being elected, you may run into a situation where you'll need to list them out on a page as partners. As such, we have a list to help you showcase them under the "Network Member list". Simply start typing the name of the Network Member into the back end and each listing will pop up with the name, profile photo, and election date.
To edit the listing, you will need to go to their Network Member profile to edit them. To find out more about editing Network Member profiles, consult this Confluence guideline!
List: Events
Looking for a way to list your events in the order you want them to? Our Event list is a way to showcase the Events you want people to see. The upcoming events will show up first, and the events that have already happened will show up last; but you can also opt to have everything chronologically as well (with past events showing up first, and upcoming events after). You can also add a keyword search filter if desired (shown here as an example).
To edit the details on the event, you must first make the event. Consult this guideline on how to create and edit events if you may need guidance!
A note is that you will have to upkeep this list as it continues. So make sure that you take this into account as you choose this list!
Mindfulness for Changemakers
Filtered List (Automated)
We have the ability on ashoka.org to create automated lists of certain content types that are relevant to specific initiatives. For instance, if you wanted to list all events that are tagged as "Welcome Change" online events, then we can do that for you.
At the current time, the only automated listings that are available are for Events that have been tagged with a specific custom tag. Below is an example from the Welcome Change tag. But know we can build this out for any type of content that you may need (as the only way the Welcome Change tag came into being was because of our collaborating directly with the Welcome Change team)!
So feel free to contact the websupport email if you may desire something like this and we'd be excited to work with you!
List: Resources
The Resource List is a space to list out all resource related to your webpage. They can be all types of media: documents, pdfs, videos, images, etc.
In order to add a resource to a resource list, you will have to add the resource to the site itself beforehand. Consult this guideline if you may need assistance in doing so!
