One Community points to how individuals and groups of all shapes and sizes are responding to social issues and working synergistically with and alongside each other in fluid, collaborative, and increasingly integrated ways. In this ever-evolving diverse ecosystem of solutions and changemaking opportunities, there is room for everyone to find a deep sense of contribution and belonging – rooted in place, purpose, and community.

Ashoka Fellows are the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. They champion innovative new ideas that transform society’s systems, providing benefits for everyone and improving the lives of millions of people. Our Fellows in the UK & Ireland are tackling big cross-cutting issues including social mobility, climate change, tax justice, social inclusion, mental health and community cohesion, and more thematic areas.

Our Youth Changemaker Network (YCN) draws on the expertise and lived experiences of young people to drive systemic impact across sectors. Guided by values of collaboration, openness, respect, and equity, we provide a platform for young people aged 18-26 to create lasting change through multi-stakeholder collaborations.

Ashoka’s Generation Changemaker (GenC) network brings together young changemakers aged 13–18 from across the UK & Ireland. These are young leaders who have founded or co-founded impactful initiatives, each driven by a deep passion for creating positive social change for the good of all.

We partner with organisations to accelerate change. At Ashoka, we work with businesses, foundations, and individuals to design innovative partnerships to accelerate changemaking, both within and outside of our organisations.

Ashoka's network of Changemaker Schools align around a shared vision: to empower children and young people to be socially minded leaders, with the connection to purpose that enables them to effectively solve problems and drive positive change.

Ashoka Support Network (ASN) is a global community of committed leaders who share, support, and advocate for Ashoka’s values and vision, whilst unleashing their own potential as changemakers. ASN members provide Ashoka with financial support while lending Fellows their time and expertise.
