Our program, Green Lab powered by Telekom Kraft began in April, with the participation of the 6 selected groups. In the development period of the program from April to September, the participating young professionals worked on solutions addressing one of the environmental challenges (Waste-free office, Efficient sustainability education, Digitalization and sustainable cities and settlements, Eco-friendly food delivery) chosen for the program.

As part of the program, the teams worked with methodologies of stakeholder mapping and Design Thinking, gained insight into research methods and, based on the acquired knowledge, conducted research in order to get to know the problems and the target group as precisely as possible, and then summarized their results in a synthesis workshop. Each team was supported by 2 mentors throughout the entire process, who helped the participants' work. The theoretical knowledge of the workshops was provided by educators from Ashoka Hungary and Telekom.

At the end of the process, the participating teams finalized their project based on the Business Model Canvas during an all-day Hackathon, and prepared for the final event, where they presented their business ideas to a professional jury. The closing event took place at the Telekom headquarters.
