Grounded in Ashoka's frameworks and stories of systems-changing Ashoka Fellows, this facilitated session creates a space for changemakers to explore together what systems change actually means in today's European context, and how it can happen. 

Together, participants will reflect on knowledge from Ashoka's network, surface challenges, share practices, and learn collectively about how a key part of systems change involves enabling others to lead that change.    

This is not a presentation or webinar space – it's a moment to pause and think about what it is we are doing when we talk about systems change, learn together, and exchange with each other. 
 

Objectives: 

• Explore frameworks and knowledge from Ashoka's network, especially on changing a system through the lens of enabling others as leaders.
• Reflect on your own learnings of systems change work.
• Get inspired by cases and stories of peers doing this work.
• Connect with and exchange with other changemakers across systems and sectors. 
   

Format: 

This 90-minute online workshop is part of the Unlocking Agency series, and a space of learning, reflecting, and exchanging. 

The workshop will start with the introduction of frameworks and tools that have emerged from the work of Ashoka Fellows. We will then invite individual reflections on these frameworks and on your own work, paired with spaces to share with and listen to peers.  

You will leave this space with a new lens of thinking around systems change, fresh inspiration, and new connections with peers.
