Thomas Bell serves as Ashoka’s Chief AI, Data & Digital Transformation Strategist and Leadership Group Member where he provides strategic direction and integration across Ashoka's data, AI, and technology initiatives designed to accelerate Ashoka’s efforts around the globe to realize an Everyone a Changemaker world. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in non-profit, citizen sector technology leadership where he has overseen enterprise-wide initiatives including cloud migrations, web product development, business application implementation, data integration, compliance, governance, and infrastructure platform deployments in a global context. He has experience on both the operations and programmatic sides of global organizations and has built high performing and stable teams by empowering team members to lead, providing mentorship to support continuous growth, and facilitating accountability to foster a persistent focus on achieving shared goals. Thomas has previously served in IT Director, Technology and Communications Director, and Technical Program Manager roles with organizations such as CFP Board, Grameen Foundation, and Digital Partners.
