Maddalena works as a trainee in the Venture, Fellowship, and Community department at Ashoka Germany. With her Master’s degree in Geographies of Global Inequalities, she brings an analytical perspective on structural inequalities and the question of how social change truly comes about. Her experience in the NGO sector complements this perspective, providing her with a solid understanding of the realities of civil society work. At Ashoka, she looks forward to contributing this knowledge and being part of a community that supports changemakers in fundamentally transforming the world.
