The Social Entrepreneur: Is it retirement, or a change of post within the organisation? Is it succession or transition? 

The Funder: How do funders support a good succession for the founder, the organisation and the people they serve? Do they invest in it? Financially or in other ways?

The Board: Some boards have been taken unawares by social entrepreneurs looking to move on. Other boards refuse to countenance it. Unfortunately, too few plan for it effectively.
