Legal Audit Checklist
In 2018 Ashoka partnered with G.W. Law's Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic to create a checklist for social entrepreneurs doing business in the U.S.
Pro Bono Support
Ashoka works with number of organizations and firms committed to pro bono - See a few of the organizations we work with
Hogan Lovells
With a deep and longstanding commitment that has expanded and evolved as the firm has grown globally, Hogan Lovells has been a pioneer in the provision of pro bono legal services to those in need. We were the first law firm – in 1970 – to establish a legal practice devoted entirely to pro bono. Our practice draws on the experience of our professionals worldwide to improve the lives of those most in need and least able to pay. Each year Hogan Lovells lawyers devote more than 100,000 hours globally to pro bono; whether by acting on behalf of individual clients, meeting the legal needs of non-profit organizations and social enterprises, or through policy advocacy, our goal is to tackle injustice on a global scale.

International Senior Lawyers Project
The International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization founded in 2000. Our mission is to provide pro bono legal assistance to social enterprises, civil society organizations and governments in the Global South on matters that advance just, accountable, and inclusive economic development.
ISLP draws from an expansive network of senior-level and retired volunteer attorneys from over 50 law firms, representing truly global reach and experience in both civil and common law systems and in multiple languages (primarily English, French, and Spanish).
We support scaling social enterprises and nascent investment initiatives on general corporate matters, including finance and governance issues, as well as on transactional matters, including in the design, structuring, and negotiation of complex contracts and arrangements.
