In a world set ablaze by racial equity challenges, Fabrice Vil created Pour 3 Points, which trains school coaches in the skills they need to guide the next generation of not only athletes, but activists and system-changers. P3P serves primarily marginalized communities and racialized kids who benefit from a coach that recognizes the bigger game they are up against. Kids working with P3P coaches learn the life skills to lead the change Canada needs.
