In a time marked by profound transitions—social, technological, and democratic—intergenerational collaboration is no longer optional: it is essential.
The Changemaker Days: Voices Across Generations brings together young changemakers, institutions, social innovators, and community leaders from across Europe to co-create new pathways for systemic change. Hosted in Parma, on the journey towards becoming European Youth Capital 2027, the event positions youth participation as a powerful driver for transformation—across sectors, generations, and borders.
At the heart of the day is a collective process that starts from the voices of young people across Europe and translates them into concrete insights for decision-makers.
Through participatory sessions, contributors will explore key societal challenges along four interconnected “Paths of Transformation” aligned with Parma European Youth Capital 2027 :
What makes this event unique is its intentional intergenerational design.
Rather than treating youth participation as an isolated theme, the Changemaker Days positions it as a systemic lever—one that intersects with democracy, innovation, and social cohesion.

The day will culminate in a symbolic and celebratory moment: the induction of new Ashoka Fellows—leaders driving systemic change across sectors—further reinforcing the connection between youth leadership and broader social innovation.
Event Co-lead & Youth Program Coordinator
Madalena è parte di Ashoka dal 2021, dove lavora per attivare le comunità e valorizzare il protagonismo giovanile nei processi di cambiamento sociale. In qualità di Program Manager del Programma Giovani, coordina percorsi che mettono i/le giovani al centro dell’azione trasformativa, promuovendo progetti che favoriscono l’attivazione dal basso e la co-leadership giovanile.
Accompagna fondazioni, enti pubblici e organizzazioni interessate a promuovere spazi di co-leadership giovanile, facilitando la nascita di organismi intergenerazionali e processi collaborativi basati sull’ascolto, la co-creazione e lo sviluppo di visioni collettive. Il suo lavoro si concentra sul rafforzamento del ruolo dei/delle giovani come attori chiave nei processi decisionali e di innovazione sociale.

Eleonora Cadone è laureata in Relazioni Internazionali, con specializzazione in Management dell'economia Sociale. La sua passione per il mondo del terzo settore e per i viaggi l'hanno portata a collaborare con organizzazioni non profit in Messico, Guatemala e Benin, nell'ambito dello sviluppo sostenibile, del fair trade e dell'imprenditoria sociale.
Eleonora ha iniziato il proprio percorso in Ashoka con un tirocinio presso l'ufficio di Città del Messico. Dal 2020 fa parte del team italiano, con il ruolo di Community Manager.
