Rosa currently leads Ashoka Spain's knowledge and social impact measurement strategy, aiming to create a culture oriented towards continuous learning. She has previously led other areas of the organization, including Partnerships and Fellowships.
Before joining Ashoka, Rosa worked on projects related to education, entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and women's empowerment. After five years in international cooperation and after starting her own organization, she decided to take a leap into the world of consulting, advising companies, foundations, and NGOs on the development of impact initiatives and strategies across Europe, Latin America, and Africa. This has allowed her to work on very diverse projects and delve deeper into the two areas she is most passionate about: research focused on creating solutions to complex challenges and social impact measurement.
With a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Bocconi University in Milan, and a Master's in Business Research from the University of Barcelona, Rosa is naturally curious and passionate about all types of multidisciplinary and co-creative processes. In addition to working at Ashoka, she is an associate professor at the University of Barcelona Business School, where she teaches Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics to students in various master's programs.
Rosa loves traveling with her family and camera, exploring other cultures, and writing songs.
