Ariela holds a degree in Educational Sciences (UBA) and joined Ashoka in 2015 in charge of organizing the Generación Cambio youth gatherings. She has worked as an educator in both formal and informal settings, working with children, teenagers and youth. She is the co-founder and President of Mujeres.jpg, an organization that promotes women leadership within the Jewish Community in  Argentina. She has also co-fouded Lazos, an international network of latinamerican Jewish entrepreneurs. She coordinated social activities with young African refugees in Israel during her internship there in 2011. Ariela currently serves as Country Representative for Ashoka Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. She is a proud mother of two little changemakers.
