Values in Action - Making Decisions That Balance the 3Ps
How can organizations make decisions that effectively balance financial performance, social and environmental impact, and core personal and organizational values?
Leaders today face rising expectations around transparency, ethical conduct, and responsible decision-making, while simultaneously operating in environments characterized by pressure, complexity, and uncertainty. In this context, consistently translating values into action can be challenging.
This Community of Practice convenes Ashoka partner companies for a structured, interactive, and peer-led session focused on real-world decision-making scenarios.
Participants will examine where strategic intent and day-to-day decisions may diverge, explore the underlying drivers of these tensions, and identify practical approaches for navigating them more effectively.
The session provides a dedicated forum to surface these challenges and learn from peer experience. It integrates a shared decision-making framework for assessing multi-dimensional trade-offs, facilitated peer discussions to identify recurring themes and tensions, and collective exploration of concrete actions and practices that support stronger alignment between values, decisions, and outcomes.
