Passionate about social impact and changemaking, Anthea Ong has founded several service projects and social enterprises. Two of her initiatives include Hush Teabar, Singapore's first silent tea bar which aims to address the epidemic of mental health issues faced by most Singaporean workplaces and schools, as well as A Good Space, a community of changemakers by changemakers which looks to improve volunteerism for social causes. Anthea has advocated strongly for mental health throughout her career, having created a workgroup to research the mental health landscape, as well as calling to make mental health a national priority as a former Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP).

A prominent philanthropist in Singapore, Keith Chua has invested more than 20 years into the mental health space. He is a Board of Trustees member on the Institute for Mental Health and serves as the Vice-President of Singapore Anglican Community Services, which has pioneered several mental initiatives such as psychiatric rehabilitation and counselling services, residential care, and community-based intervention schemes. His new initiative, Caring for Life, aims to address the growing suicide issue among young Singaporeans.

Dawn Kwan is a Masters' Candidate in Art Therapy at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and works closely with women's causes to empower and support them. In 2020, she co-founded Girl, Talk, a VR-driven campaign to combat a widely prevalent and gendered mental health issue - sexual harrassment on campus. This ground-up initiative by youth for youth aims to empower female undergraduates to respond to sexual harrassment and create safer spaces for students on campus.
