- You’re using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card
- The credit card information you entered is correct
- Special characters or multiple names in the name field have been known to result in errors, it should match your billing information or the name on the card. To inform us that the gift should be credited to a spouse or additional person please use the Notes field. We are working with developers to resolve the issue regarding accent marks.
