Sharvari is a development economist with experience across the private sector and international development. She has worked with the International Organization for Migration in Thailand and the Norwegian Refugee Council in Jordan, leading impact assessments and supporting evidence-based programme design.
At Ashoka, Sharvari has led research and evaluation projects with different partners, including a multi-stakeholder assessment of Ashoka’s influence on its wider ecosystem. She also directed a livelihoods project that brought partners together to develop climate-resilient opportunities for communities.
In her current role, Sharvari works across Ashoka’s youth programmes, with Ashoka Fellows, and with Ashoka’s EACH tools to help partners bring changemaking into their work. Outside work, she advocates for street animal welfare, bringing communities together to promote their care and protection.
