Located outside Washington, D.C., George Mason University (Mason) provides its 35,000 graduate and undergraduate students access to rich cultural experiences and the most sought-after internships and employers in the country. Students hail from all 50 states and over 130 countries. Forty percent of our students are first generation college students, 1/3 are Pell Grant recipients and more than half identify as minorities.
