Katja Lindroos (MA) runs together with her Dutch partner Ramon Maronier Urban Practice, a Helsinki-based office of city making. Urban Practice develops models for cross-sectoral collaboration to accompany urban change. Their self-initiated projects include Lähiöfest, a festival of
neighbourhoods since 2015, Kaupunkioppi – City Learning, a program where schools learn about cities and cities learn from schools, and Nordic CityMaking Week that will be organised next time in September 2021.

Riina Tanskanen is a 22 years old young changemaker and one of the finalists of the Young Changemaker of the Year award who has founded Tympeät tytöt (Grumpy Girls) to work towards a more equal society and raise awareness through art. Using art to highlight gender issues and social structures, Tympeät tytöt is picturing girlhood in all its feminine beauty and ruggedness, bringing courage to end the silent acceptance of injustice.
