Manmeet is a leader in Ashoka US, working closely with Ashoka Fellows in the US alongside partners like Bank of America, eBay, Skoll Foundation and others.  She has 20+ years of experience identifying and scaling local-led innovations, founding GlobalGiving’s online crowdfunding program in 2007, launching the first globally accessible mechanism for social entrepreneurs and nonprofits to access funding from the $270 billion US philanthropic market. She has worked extensively with philanthropic, private, and social sector organizations to improve access to philanthropic capital, design systems impact strategies, and developing philanthropy and grantmaking strategies.She has worked with funders like USAID, The Rockefeller Foundation, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in developing a systems change strategies for finding and funding groundbreaking innovations. She holds an MBA, and an MA in Intnl Relations & Public Policy, from the Maxwell School in Syracuse U.
