About Ashoka

For over 25 years, Ashoka has been present in Poland, where it supports extraordinary social innovators. At Ashoka, we operate on the basis of their wisdom and experience, supporting the ecosystem of social innovations and carrying out various activities that share one goal - we want each person to be able to contribute to the common good or as we say in Ashoka: so that everyone can be a changemaker. We are looking for a positive, well-organized, entrepreneurial, proactive person for our team who will implement programs supporting the development of partnerships directed to the east of Poland.



  • co-designing, coordinating and implementing processes and tasks assigned to projects carried out for and in cooperation with people coming to Poland from across the eastern border or living across the eastern border of Poland

  • cocreating and managing the budget  

  • coordinating the completion and progress of projects

  • acquiring new partners needed to achieve project objectives

  • achieving project objectives

  • ensuring that activities are consistent with Ashoka's strategy and values

  • coworking with the European team working in the area of migration and people with migration experience


Requirements and skills:

  • a minimum of 3 years experience in project implementation, coordination and management

  • willingness to commit full-time

  • advanced knowledge of English and Ukrainian or Russian

  • an interest in the social innovation market, social entrepreneurship and experience in social and/or volunteer activities will be a plus

  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a bit of chaos and unexpected twists and turns

  • knowledge of MS Office environment
