Another season, another session! We invite Europe-based Ashoka Fellows to gather for the upcoming session of our Fellows Connect series: a peer-to-peer community space designed exclusively for Ashoka Fellows to meet, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections across systems and sectors.
This edition of Fellows Connect invites Ashoka Fellows to explore collaboration as a lived practice: how we build it, sustain it, and repair it when it gets hard. In a world shaped by complexity, polarization, and limited resources, collaboration is essential and challenging across movements, sectors, teams, and personal relationships. This space is created for Fellows to meet new peers and share real experiences of collaboration: what has worked, what has failed, and what they are still figuring out.
At this session, you will:
- Build new connections with other Ashoka Fellows you may not yet know. We will set up rotating “speed-connection” rooms to make it fun.
- In smaller group settings, explore how your peers are experiencing collaboration and what sustains it.
- Reflect on key learnings and strategies that could be valuable to use when preparing the ground for collaboration.
This is not a space for polished success stories. It is a space for real conversations, mutual listening, and collective wisdom, where Fellows can feel listened to, gain new perspectives, and leave with renewed energy and connection.
No preparation needed - just bring your curiosity and openness.
We look forward to seeing you there,
Ashoka One Community Team
