Jennifer serves as Innovation Manager for the SFS team, working to bolster the team’s research strategy and network. Coming to Ashoka as part of the American Council of Learned Societies Public Fellows program, Jennifer is committed to applying her academic skills and knowledge to support social impact. She specializes in economic and applied anthropology with extensive experience in Latin American communities, ethnographic methods, and qualitative data analysis. Jennifer earned her PhD in anthropology from Vanderbilt University for research on development programs promoting social entrepreneurship and cultural heritage among artisan producers in Peru. She received a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology and Spanish From Transylvania University in Kentucky.
