CHANGEMAKERS IMPACT EVALUATION INTERNSHIP

Internship
Description:

As an Impact Evaluation intern, you will have the opportunity to get a bird’s eye view of how social sector organizations measure their impact in our constantly evolving world. You will be responsible for driving impact evaluation within Changemakers, measuring how successful we are at connecting innovators and funders to drive social change. This involves improving surveys, recommending how we can improve outcomes, and potentially developing a portal that shares our evaluation results publicly and transparently.

Requirements:

  • Comfort with data analysis – qualitative & quantitative

  • Experience with or knowledge of survey design and/or distribution

  • Experience with specific surveying platforms like Qualtrics of QuestionPro is a plus

  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and format information

All applicants must be flexible, self-directed, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We appreciate interns who have excellent writing skills, good time management, are on task, outgoing and willing to learn new material. Most importantly, we want interns to support Changemakers’ vision, and be able to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their work while they are with Ashoka.

Our goal is to ensure every intern has an excellent professional development experience. We regret that we can only offer unpaid internships at this time. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but please keep the following recommended timelines in mind. Internships are 8-10 weeks in duration but exact dates of internships are flexible:
