Confidence Udo-Affah is the Platforms and Data Manager at Ashoka Changemakers, where she leads platform operations, analytics dashboards, and data integrations for Changemakers' challenge applications and evaluations. Her work keeps the team's digital products running smoothly and its decisions grounded in evidence. She built this expertise the practical way. Over four years as Senior Operations Associate for Changemakers, she coordinated program and partnership operations and evolved the team's systems and processes, following earlier operations roles with the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) across West Africa. 

She holds an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, a Nonprofit Leadership & Management certificate from Lagos Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Landmark University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Google Data Analytics Certificate. 

Outside Ashoka, Confidence co-founded the Universal Design Initiative for Africans (UDIA), a nonprofit working to advance inclusive and universal design in Africa's spaces, products, and services.
