Welcome to this year's cohort!

Below are the 10 entrepreneurs that have been selected as this year's cohort of the Impact Programme. They are united in developing and scaling solutions that tackle climate change and/or build circular economy models.

What Is The Impact Programme 2023?

The Impact Programme 2023: "Scaling Systemic Change for People and Planet" is an impact accelerator for entrepreneurs who want to scale their impact in the field of climate change and circular economy.

Through the programme we want to identify & support leading Changemakers who aim to scale their systemic solutions to achieve more depth in fighting the profound planetary crises the world is facing today. The Impact Programme is supporting entrepreneurs through different levels in developing and refining their scaling strategy:

After a jury selection, 10 chosen entrepreneurs, will benefit from individual coaching, workshops, access to circular economy experts, networking opportunities and pitching opportunities to new partners. The entrepreneurs showing the highest development curve will receive continued support provided by Accenture, ABN AMRO and Ashoka. Find more information below!

Capacity building through workshops & deliverables

Throughout the programme the entrepreneurs will participate in 4 workshops that will be co-designed by the partners in collaboration with experts. In previous editions we collaborated with (Sociale Innovatie Fabriek, Solifin, Lita.co, ABN AMRO Social Impact Fund, ATOLO, Accenture Strategy, Cresco Law, Ashoka Fellows & many more).

The topics of the seminars are the following:

  • Systems Thinking & Change
  • New Leadership
  • Business Modelling
  • Raising Finance & Investment (non-profit and for-profit track)
  • Scaling Impact

The seminars will consist of different formats that challenge the entrepreneurs’ assumptions, provide latest insights, give space for peer discussion or networking. As an outcome of the seminars, the entrepreneurs are required to deliver a Scaling Plan, that will be used to assess the entrepreneur’s development and guide the jury decision.

Coaching

Each entrepreneur will receive weekly coaching by two coaches (1 from ABN AMRO, 1 from Accenture) who will guide the entrepreneur through the programme and work with them on their individual strategic challenges.

Networking

Through two public events held at the beginning and the end of the programme the entrepreneurs will have the chance to present their solutions to the stakeholders of Accenture, Ashoka & ABN AMRO. Additionally, all three partners will leverage of their respective networks to ensure continued networking support for the social entrepreneurs. This might contain pitching sessions to corporate clients, impact investors and potential co-creation partners, depending on the entrepreneurs’ needs.

Awards

At the end of the Programme three awards will be given:

  • Ready to Scale Award: The winner will receive 100 staff days of consultancy to continue implementing their scaling strategy.
  • Ready to Invest Award: The winner will be prepared to present their solutions to investor rounds organized and facilitated by ABN AMRO
  • Public Choice Award: For the most popular solution decided through a public vote. A special award is provided to the winner of this category
