Co-creation within the eco-system
Identify current challenges & opportunities
Build on previous stakeholder mapping exercises and identify current challenges, opportunities (desk research and deep interviews with 15-20 stakeholders).
Select key areas for collaboration
Based on previous mapping and consultation, select 2-3 key areas for collaborative work (such as sustainable food, education, housing etc); bring relevant players together to co-create possible solutions and action plan.
Provide capacity & support
Provide capacity for central coordination and for support of ecosystem partners that implement these action plans.
Launch a mini-fund
Launch a mini-fund in order to support joint projects and organizations working in different key areas.
