DEI Practitioners Learning Circle

In many ecosystems, the level of attention and enthusiasm toward Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has shifted. Some external partners, stakeholders, and communities are showing reduced interest, asking different questions, or prioritizing other areas. These changes can make it harder to sustain focus, communicate value, and keep equity considerations visible in programs, partnerships, and decision-making.
This co-created learning circle brings together DEI practitioners from across the Ashoka global community to explore how changing external expectations are showing up in their work, and to share approaches for keeping conversations constructive, relevant, and connected to mission when external support decreases.
Together, participants will reflect on real examples and learn from peers navigating similar dynamics. This is a collective learning space grounded in practice, insights, and shared experiences.
Participants are invited to bring examples of shifting attention, new forms of questioning, barriers in external collaboration, and practices that have helped maintain progress in dynamic environments. To ensure a meaningful and engaging experience, there is a limited number of seats. Selected participants will be notified at least five days ahead of the learning circle.
We look forward to seeing you there,
Ashoka One Community Team
