Sebastian Salinas – founder of Balloon – is fostering and developing entrepreneurship in the remote and disadvantaged Chilean communities through the transfer of knowledge, methodologies and tools vehiculated by volunteers.

Sebastian was elected Ashoka Fellow in 2013 as part of the program cohort led by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Hystra and Ashoka to support social entrepreneurship in Latin America.
