Mesut established E-bursum to build a democratization and digitization movement aiming to make student scholarships and loans more transparent, fair and impactful in Turkey. Mesut is turning a dysfunctional financial instrument in education into an empowerment tool and fundamentally changing the ways scholarship givers and recipients interact with one-another.
Despite the improvements in tools to democratize the resources, there has not been a holistic movement in place for the education needs of children with special needs in Turkey. Stuck in a vicious cycle of lack of education and integration, these children and their families often find themselves in closed environments, be it private schools or their own homes.

Gonzalo has created a new information-generating model to encourage a more informed public debate by influencing media outlets and policymakers worldwide to cover social issues in a new way. He helps society understand the reality of social challenges by ensuring that truthful information gets the relevance it deserves.

Steve Miller is linking historically black colleges and universities with the black church to collect and share stories of the everyday impacts of racism in the U.S., and then leveraging these alliances and stories as a way to engage religious leaders of all races in addressing racial trauma and healing across their ministries.
Helena is transforming peace processes worldwide. She bridges the gap between institutional and governmental organizations who officially lead peace processes and the communities who suffer the harsh consequences of conflicts, and who are generally excluded from peace-making decisions. She is democratizing peace processes by working with local peace activists worldwide and designing scalable peace interventions that connect local voices to decision makers.
Oriol is leading a paradigm change in the wildfire community by shifting the focus from fire extinction to management and prevention. He has built a global community of researchers, firefighters and civil society members to share knowledge and create new solutions to make the forests and rural areas safer and more prosperous.
