Collaboration for Talent Consent Notice

By submitting your application, you certify that the information you have provided is true and complete. You understand that if any information you have provided is misleading, false or inaccurate, or if you have omitted material information, this may result in the withdrawal of an offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

You also give your consent to Ashoka, for the purposes of providing the Collaboration for Talent service, to process, transfer, and store your Personal Data outside of the EEA, and in particular, in the US.

When you apply for a position with a potential employer, you authorize Ashoka, Collaboration for Talent partners, and any agent thereof to conduct searches to verify the information you have provided as part of your application. Ashoka, Collaboration for Talent partners, or any agent thereof may, as part of its searches, contact academic or professional institutions to verify your qualifications, contact previous employers to verify employment records and contact reference providers. You consent to the disclosure of your Personal Data (e.g., name and contact details) to third parties to facilitate the verification of the information you have provided. You acknowledge that Ashoka, Collaboration for Talent, or any agent thereof may carry out the necessary background checks to the extent applicable to the role to which you are applying and to the extent permitted by the applicable law. You understand that the result of enquiries (including reference checks, consumer credit and criminal convictions reports) may be communicated to Ashoka and to any potential employer.

In some circumstances, although your application for a position may be unsuccessful, you may be interested in applying for another position with a Collaboration for Talent partner organization. Your consent allows Ashoka to contact you with links to these other opportunities in case you wish to apply.
