Beatriz is the financial director of Ashoka Spain. She leads the economic sustainability strategy and guarantees financial transparency and institutional compliance.

Graduated in Business Administration from the Comillas Pontificia University (ICADE), studied at the UCD in Dublin, completed a Management Development Program at IESE and a master's degree in non-profit organization management from UNED.

She started her professional career working as a financial controller in several companies, to make six years later her change to the non-profit world with which she had always felt committed. She was a collaborator for two years in Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethical Investments, of Economists Without Borders. She worked for six years at ONGAWA, being its chief financial officer, and subsequently led the financial direction of the InteRed Foundation for seven years.
