TakePart and the Skoll Foundation just kicked off a cool new video series presenting interviews with the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. The videos were filmed at the Skoll World Forum in Oxford, England this past spring, and feature 47 one-on-one discussions covering the best practices and innovations necessary to rewrite the future.

One of the brilliant thinkers TakePart caught up with was none other than Bill Drayton, Ashoka’s founder, who explains the importance of teaching empathy to children—the future leaders of the world:

“Everyone has to be a change maker, because if you aren’t able to contribute to change, you’re not going to be a player.”
