Change Leadership and CRM ‘Optimizer/Integrator’
Ashoka seeks talented, full-time interns to partner with Ashoka Teams and the Director of Learning, Integration, & Change to realize progress in a significant organizational change initiative encompassing people (e.g., Ashoka staff), process (e.g., learning and business practices), and technology (e.g., Salesforce Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system).
This internship involves learning the objective(s) of one or more Ashoka teams and/or programs, and how to help staff best leverage Ashoka’s Salesforce CRM system to support their work with Fellows and other changemakers, such as youth. The role involves engaging in a variety of activities such as one-on-one coaching, information management and reporting, capturing and sharing best-practices, and helping staff discover innovative ways to use or expand the tool for their benefit. More broadly, this internship serves as an important catalyst for further integrating Ashoka to help maximize efficiencies, effectiveness, and social impact.

Communications Intern
Role Overview: Ashoka seeks a Communications intern to partner with the Director of Learning, Integration, and Change to execute and manage an internal communications program for an organizational change initiative surrounding a Client Relationship Management System project.
Specific duties will include:
- Manage and execute activities outlined in the communications plan
- Coordinate program-specific adoption scorecard
- Develop communication materials including weekly communications bulletin, videos and news articles
- Help maintain internal portal site
Time commitment is 10 to 15 hours per week per semester, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements: Preferred candidates will have taken the equivalent courses of Organizational Communications, News Writing and Reporting, and Principles of Public Relations.
