Ashoka and the Lemelson Foundation have joined together to create AshokaTech, a collaboration that speaks to our shared belief that invention and social entrepreneurship can align in powerful ways to improve the world and enable people to be changemakers and problem-solvers.
At the "Cell Phone Tech for Social Good" conference taking place in Nairobi, eight Ashoka Fellows from Kenya and beyond, as well as Ashoka staff and business leaders, will work together to share models, brainstorm around common challenges, uncover emerging trends, and kick-start potential future collaborations and partnerships.
