As a team member at Ashoka, you will be responsible for highly complex, long-term projects focused on social change. We don’t have formal job descriptions; we create roles for people based on their skills and experience and the current needs of the organization. Your regular day at Ashoka may involve a myriad of activities including developing strategies to engage universities in creating the next generation of social entrepreneurs or building the first global open source platform to solve the world’s most urgent social problems.
